DUMBO Offices

This nearly 8,000 square foot office renovation in the base of a landmarked building in DUMBO features exposed brick columns, concrete floors, and original brick barrel vaults contrasted against clean glass and metal storefronts to create an incubator space for a technology company. With views of the Manhattan Bridge and Brooklyn Bridge Park, our design took a "less is more" approach by allowing the existing details, materials, and views be the focus. New spaces included multiple conference rooms, private offices, and a large open workstation area with pantry and lounge amenities.
