Overview
Following the successful completion of a 30,000 sf office renovation, we began design on a second office renovation for the same client. While the project was intended to be a gut renovation of a new 42,000 sf two-story space in Midtown Manhattan, the project was ultimately not built due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
